Make a Weekend Impact by Supporting Youth Through Structure, Mentorship, and Life Skills
LivWell Behavioral is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for its Weekend Empowerment Program, a structured, relationship-driven program designed to support children and adolescents through therapeutic activities, life-skills development, group counseling, and a safe, supportive environment.
This is not a typical technician role focused only on observation or supervision. Weekend BHTs are deeply involved in helping youth build healthier routines, improve social and emotional skills, and experience positive structure outside of school and home environments.
You’ll spend the weekend working directly alongside clients - helping with daily routines, leading activities, supporting group counseling sessions, transporting clients, and creating a consistent, supportive environment from Friday through Sunday.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with youth and is interested in behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, or mentorship-focused work.
